Caution

If you are in an immediate crisis
  • having thoughts of suicide or violence to yourself or someone else, or you feel in danger or
  • you are at your wits' end

then online counselling is not appropriate for you at this time. Please do at least one of the following immediately:

  • Call your local crisis line (number in the phone book or via the operator)
  • Call 999 for police or ambulance (or 911 in USA). If you are a Deaf person, call 18000 (or 18000 112 999 from a mobile) - the operator will call the emergency services
  • Call your doctor
  • Go to Accident & Emergency of your local hospital
  • Contact a trusted friend or relative and ask for help now
